Our mission is to provide children in the dependency system with needs that are not being met by the state. We give them the opportunity to have the same childhood experiences they would likely receive if their family was still intact. We pay for extracurricular activities such as sports, camps and lessons in the arts. Many children in foster care get their basic needs met, but that’s where state funding often ends. We believe those “extras” are actually vital to a child’s overall health and development.
