Seminole County Friends of Abused Children: Secret Santa Request Form

In order to provide gifts to your GAL child/children, please complete this form for Christmas gifts. We will not accept gift card requests for children under the age of 12. You must have Case # assigned to each request. All requests need to be submitted by October 31st, 2022.

Please limit the dollar amount of the request to $25 for all ages.
Clothing requests must include sizes.
Doll requests should include any ethnic preference.
